The Science

The Science Behind RanchRevive

RanchRevive develops proprietary mineral-and-biotechnology products for working operators in three sectors: cattle nutrition, premium agriculture, and industrial oil remediation. All three products share the same underlying chemistry — a chelated, bioavailable mineral matrix combined with naturally processed sugarcane-bagasse carriers, manufactured under FDA GMP standards in Napoleonville, Louisiana. The mechanism is mineral and biological, not pharmaceutical.

The shared mechanism

Across all three products, the chemistry does two things: it makes trace minerals available in a form a living system can actually use, and it pairs that mineral matrix with a structural carrier that delivers it where it needs to go. In a rumen, that's a microbial population that can extract more energy from grass. In a root zone, that's a microbial population and a chelated mineral profile that drive secondary-metabolite expression. In an oil spill, that's a porous, mineral-loaded carrier that captures hydrocarbons and converts the captured material into an inert dirt-like end state.

1. Cattle — rumen efficiency → ADG → weaning weight (SGP+™)

SGP+™ delivers trace minerals in a chelated, bioavailable form that supports the microbial populations responsible for fiber digestion. The downstream stack is measurable: better body condition, higher conception, heavier weaning weights, and lower forage and water demand per pound of gain.

Locked outcome figures (cow-calf)

  • +0.75 lbs/day average daily gain (ADG) over control
  • Weaning weights moved from 487 lb to 667 lb
  • Calf crop improved from 95% to 98%
  • Approximately 25% less grass consumed per cow-unit
  • Approximately 30% less water consumed per cow-unit
  • $0.40 per head per day cost-in / $146 per head per year
  • +$326 per cow combined added value — approximately 2.25× ROI

These figures are drawn from RanchRevive's 12-year field data (2014–2026) across more than 3,000 head with zero adverse events reported.

Honest disclosure on extrapolation

The +0.75 lbs/day ADG figure was measured in a cow-calf context. Stocker and feedlot ADG numbers on our calculators are modeled, not directly trialed in those phases yet.

Dairy mode: SNF premium, not milk volume

A reference dairy operation has reported +0.6–0.8 SNF and +$339 per cow per year at 50/50 inclusion. Independent dairy verification is in progress.

2. Premium agriculture — secondary-metabolite expression (SupremeAG™)

SupremeAG™ is processed sugarcane bagasse infused with the same proprietary mineral matrix. It functions as four products in one: soil amendment, mulch, natural fertilizer, and natural pesticide / herbicide. The bagasse rebuilds soil structure and organic matter while the chelated mineral profile feeds the root zone over weeks rather than hours.

Why high-value crop cultivators care

The categories that drive premium pricing in cannabis, wine grapes, peach, blueberry, citrus, and high-end vegetables are secondary metabolites:

  • Cannabis cultivators care about terpene profile and cannabinoid loading — both downstream of plant mineral status (sulfur, magnesium, manganese, iron, zinc).
  • Wine grape growers care about tannin structure, anthocyanin development, and Brix — all mineral-mediated.
  • Iron-loving and acid-loving crops (blueberry, citrus, peach) respond to the chelated iron and pH-buffered carrier.
  • Row-crop and vegetable growers see soil-structure restoration and sustained nutrient release.

This is a positioning lane based on what cultivators measure and price — not a medical or psychoactive claim about any controlled crop. Verify state and local regulations before any controlled-crop application.

3. Industrial remediation — oil absorption and inert transformation (SupremeOR™)

SupremeOR™ is the same sugarcane-bagasse carrier, processed to maximize hydrocarbon affinity. Three-stage mechanism:

  1. Absorption. Free oil is taken up 100% on contact. Pore structure preferentially binds petroleum hydrocarbons over water.
  2. Release. On contaminated concrete, the absorbent lifts dirt and residual oil staining out of the substrate.
  3. Inert transformation. Used material transforms into a dry, dirt-like end state with no oil smell — unlike synthetic clay or polypropylene pads, which remain a hydrocarbon-loaded waste stream.

In daily in-house use for more than 10 years across fleet bays, equipment yards, and equipment-rebuild floors.

Shared safety and manufacturing standard

All three products are manufactured under FDA Good Manufacturing Practice standards in Napoleonville, Louisiana. The cattle line has been fed across more than 3,000 head over a 12-year window with zero adverse events reported.
